Benevolent Friends Guardians & Trustees was first formed in 2017 in response to the specific needs of past and present members of Ucadia and others, to help protect the invaluable intellectual property that is Ucadia, we well as to assist in the proper formation of trusts and supporting the needs of competent people concerning estate planning and guardian services.

At the time, we recognised an abundance of brilliant available legal and financial professionals through other companies offering their services and advice, yet too frequently without sensitivity or focus on the central emotional, spiritual and moral questions driving clients, apart from money. In the end, it was a better choice to establish Benevolent Friends Guardians & Trustees.
